Description: The scheme consisted of the construction of 104 dwellings built to Passive Haus standards in the centre of Norwich.
Our Works: Comprised the installation of all plumbing, mechanical ventilation, and heat recovery (MVHR) systems, gas boilers, control systems and mains services.
Standard achieved were exceptional and the project achieved numerous accolades including the following awards:

- RIBA Client of the Year Award 2019
- Campaign to Protect Rural England Green Award 2018
Recent Projects
Fenland District Council Minor Works
Our work included refurbishment of changing rooms, paths, running tracks and general repairs etc.
Wisbech Police Station Refurbishment
Included demolitions, asbestos removal, remodelling and a full refurbishment programme including all necessary mechanical, electrical, extract, alarm, air conditioning, plumbing and sanitary ware. External works consisted of new wash bay, alterations to drainage and resurfacing.
