Description: The scheme consisted of the construction of 104 dwellings built to Passive Haus standards in the centre of Norwich.

 Our Works: Comprised the installation of all plumbing, mechanical ventilation, and heat recovery (MVHR) systems, gas boilers, control systems and mains services.

Standard achieved were exceptional and the project achieved numerous accolades including the following awards:

  • RIBA Client of the Year Award 2019

Kitchen and bathroom replacement and upgrade framework contract for South Cambridgeshire District Council. Our works included planned and Ad hoc replacements of existing kitchens and bathrooms occupied houses and voids.

Included demolitions, asbestos removal, remodelling and a full refurbishment programme including all necessary mechanical, electrical, extract, alarm, air conditioning, plumbing and sanitary ware. External works consisted of new wash bay, alterations to drainage and resurfacing.
