We work primarily in the public sector, to create new builds, refurbish homes and buildings, and complete extensive maintenance and disability adaptations for our clients.
Our main aim is to understand our clients’ needs and wants so we can deliver on them to the highest standard, across a variety of construction projects and specifications.

Disabled adaption works
We are employed on several frameworks for the delivery of grant-funded disabled adaption, including for Breckland District Council, Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, East Lindsey District Council, Cambridge Home Improvement Agency (CHIA), Freebridge Community Housing and Broadland Housing Group.

As part of each framework, we adapt kitchens and bathrooms into wet rooms, construct extensions and ramps and undertake any other form of adaptation work to allow homeowners and residents access facilities within their own homes.
Void Refurbishments
Our works range from simple repairs and maintenance projects to full refurbishments, including kitchens, bathrooms, heating system upgrades and electric re-wires.
We strive to complete the works within any given timescale and on budget.
The reward for us is returning a property to the client fully refurbished, ready for new residents to move in and enjoy a fresh start.
